How delivery works
1. Place your order and pay via M-PESA.
2. We confirm and pack your items.
3. Our rider or courier contacts you on your phone number.
4. Receive and check your parcel.
Important notes
Please provide an accurate location and an active phone number.
Failed deliveries due to unreachable contacts may attract a re-delivery fee.
Upcountry parcels are collected from the courier's nearest office.
